Minutes: No quorum so minutes for Feb 4, 2010 were not approved.

Officer Reports

President – Jim Shannon: By-Laws were approved by parent society and awards for the AGM were purchased. Will send an e-mail on the list serve about registration.

Past President – Larry Dominguez: No report.

President Elect – Mark Pedersen: No report.

Vice President – Mark Celedonia: No report.

Secretary/Treasurer – Erin Lowry: Still haven’t received all pledged sponsorships so have not met our minimum goal for AGM income. Will contact 123 SignUp regarding the balance of the registration fees. Taxes will be pursued and completed before the end of March. Will compile a list of AGM attendees and send to Vemco regarding their workshop.
